8 October 2026

Kord Group recently participated in Land Forces 2026, Australia's premier international land defence exposition, held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from 6-8 October.

Marking the event's first staging in Western Australia, Land Forces 2026 brought together the global land defence community for three days of collaboration, capability demonstrations and strategic discussion. The exhibition attracted approximately 22,000 attendances and featured 1,011 exhibiting organisations from 31 countries, with representatives from 60 nations participating across the event.

As one of 763 Australian exhibitors, Kord Group welcomed defence personnel, industry partners and international visitors to its stand, where the team showcased the company's Rifle Accessory Control Unit (RACU) System and demonstrated its application in modern soldier systems integration.

Throughout the exhibition, visitors had the opportunity to view and discuss Kord's programmable weapon-mounted control technologies, which enable operators to intuitively manage multiple electronic devices while maintaining situational awareness and tactical effectiveness. The event provided a valuable platform to engage directly with military users, acquisition stakeholders and defence industry representatives seeking innovative technologies to enhance soldier capability.

In addition to the exhibition floor, Land Forces 2026 featured a comprehensive conference program comprising 66 presentations delivered by 144 expert speakers, examining the evolving challenges and opportunities facing land forces worldwide. The event also welcomed 258 official government, industry and academic delegations, including representatives from armed forces and defence organisations across the globe.

Dr Peter Moran, Managing Director of Kord Group, said Land Forces continues to be an important forum for strengthening industry relationships and demonstrating Australian innovation to domestic and international audiences.

"Land Forces provides an excellent opportunity to engage directly with defence organisations, industry partners and military end-users from around the world," Dr Moran said.

"The conversations held throughout the event reinforced the growing interest in intuitive soldier-system control technologies and the importance of solutions that simplify the operation of increasingly complex battlefield equipment."

Kord Group thanks all visitors who took the time to visit the stand during Land Forces 2026 and looks forward to continuing discussions with industry and defence stakeholders following the event.
