Kord Group Structure

The Kord Goup consists of four separate companies: KordTech Pty Ltd, Kord Defence Pty Ltd, KordUSA Inc., and ShotDot Pty Ltd.

KordTech owns the Group’s core IP and provides a focal point for investment. It has over 40 private investors and shares a common board with Kord Defence. KordTech wholly owns Kord Defence and KordUSA and is the majority shareholder in ShotDot.

Kord Defence has an exclusive licence from KordTech to commercialise the Kord Interface Technology (KordIT) for all military, homeland security and law enforcement markets worldwide apart from the USA. Kord Defence develop the weapon control technologies for military and law enforcement. It also has a licence for the same markets to commercialise the ShotDot Technology when used in conjunction with KordIT.

KordUSA has an exclusive licence from KordTech to commercialise KordIT for all military, homeland security, law enforcement and sports shooting markets in the USA. It also has a licence for the USA to commercialise the ShotDot Technology when used in conjunction with KordIT.

ShotDot has an exclusive, worldwide licence from KordTech to commercialise the ShotDot Technology as a standalone product.

The structure shown below allows for the creation of additional companies as the core technology is commercialised in new markets.
